We want customers to feel confident purchasing from TVZon IPTV. This Refund Policy explains when a refund may be available.
1) Before activation
If your subscription has not been activated/delivered yet and you contact us quickly, we may be able to cancel and refund your order (depending on payment method and processing fees).
2) After activation (digital service)
Once access details are delivered/activated, the service is considered used and refunds are generally not available. However, we will always try to help resolve issues first.
3) When a refund may be approved
A refund may be approved if:
- We are unable to deliver the service after payment is confirmed, and support cannot resolve it within a reasonable time
- A verified technical issue on our side prevents usage, and we cannot fix it
4) When refunds are not available
Refunds are not provided for:
- Internet/ISP issues, Wi-Fi problems, weak bandwidth
- Incompatible device or app (we can suggest alternatives)
- Misuse, account sharing, or violation of our Terms
- Change of mind after activation/delivery
- Issues caused by VPN/proxy settings or user configuration

6) Refund processing times
If approved, refunds are processed back to the original payment method when possible. Processing time depends on the payment provider.
