4) No guarantee of specific channels or events
Channel lists, VOD libraries, and availability may change due to updates, maintenance, or third-party factors. We do not guarantee that any specific channel, program, or event will always be available.
5) Accounts, devices, and sharing
- Your subscription is licensed to you and is not transferable unless we approve it.
- Unless your plan explicitly includes multi-screen, only one device may stream at the same time.
- Sharing or reselling your access may result in suspension without refund.
6) Activation and delivery
After payment confirmation, we aim to deliver access details quickly (usually within minutes/hours). Delivery times can vary due to verification checks, technical issues, or peak demand.
You are responsible for providing accurate contact details.
7) Payments
We may accept payment via Card, PayPal, Interac e-Transfer, and Crypto (availability can change).
